Who we are
Finance Gal is a personal editorial project run by Andrea, who is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email andrea@financegal.co.uk.

Information we collect and why
Newsletter: your email address, subscription status and consent details are used to send The Finance Gal Edit with your consent and to record your choice. Providing your email is voluntary, but we need it to send the newsletter. You subscribe by ticking the consent box and submitting your email address. No further email confirmation is required.
Enquiries: we use the contact details and information you include in an email to respond, based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence.
Website: Wix processes technical information, such as IP address, browser and device details, needed to operate and protect the site. Optional analytics and marketing technologies require your consent.

Your choices
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter or by emailing andrea@financegal.co.uk. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out. You can visit the site's main content without subscribing.

Service providers and international transfers
Wix provides this site's hosting, forms, subscriber records and email marketing tools. Usercentrics for Wix has been installed for cookie consent management; its setup and consent controls must be verified before this draft is published. These services process information to deliver their functions. We do not sell subscriber information.
Wix processes information in Israel and may use service providers in other countries. How long we keep information
Subscriber details are kept while you subscribe. After you unsubscribe, a limited suppression record may be retained to respect your choice, together with consent records where needed to demonstrate it. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, handle related matters and meet applicable legal obligations. Technical and cookie information is retained for the period needed for its purpose; cookie expiry details will be listed after the consent scan is completed.

Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent.
